This privacy policy explains how pobocek.dev ("we", "us") handles information collected via this website. We keep it short because this is a marketing site — we collect very little.
pobocek.dev is an independent software consultancy operated by Frantisek Pobocek, based in Slovakia. Contact: info@pobocek.dev.
We collect two categories of data:
When you use the contact form, it opens your email client with a draft — we do not store or process submissions on a server. The moment you click Send, the message is handled entirely by your own mail provider. Any reply we send uses the email you provided.
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). No personally identifying information is collected by us. Google is the data processor; their privacy policy applies.
The only cookies set by this site come from Google Analytics (for measurement and session grouping). They are first-party, expire within 2 years, and contain no personal data. You can opt out at any time by using a browser extension like Google Analytics Opt-out or by blocking cookies from this domain.
If you are based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact info@pobocek.dev and we'll respond within 30 days.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (EU edge). Analytics runs through Google. These providers may process basic request metadata (IP, user agent) as part of normal web operation. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
